The spaciousness of Duke Lodge offers for your wedding reception one of the following options:

• The open air Sun Deck and Royal Verandah with seating capacity of 100 persons(depending on head table amount), inclusive of item 1 to 5 above for a package fee of $100,000.00
• The fairy tale atmosphere on our lawns with a seating capacity of 120 persons under two tents, inclusive of item 1 to 5 above for a package fee of $150,000.00 (capacity depends on the head table)

• The air conditioned Victoria Hallcombined with the adjoining Royal Verandah and Sun Deck with a seating capacity of 200 persons, inclusive of item 1 to 5 above for a package fee of $200,000.00
• Air Conditioned Victoria Hall with seating capacity of 90 persons depending on the size of head table, inclusive of items 1-5 above for a package fee of $100,000.00

Catering and Bar Service for your guests will be at an additional charge after finalizing your choices from our extensive food and beverage menu.

We know that you have many choices. We are honored that you have selected us, so in appreciation, and because your guest list exceed the minimum of a 100 persons, it is our pleasure to present to you, the following gifts:

• Honeymoon Room on your Wedding Night at Duke Lodge or Roraima Residence Inn (which ever is available)
• A Day Tour to Arrowpoint Nature Resort for you and your spouse.
• Single Complimentary Admittance to the Roraima Airways Executive Lounge at the Cheddi Jagan Int’l Airport, Timehri for you and your spouse.
• Fifty Percent (50%) discount on our Day Tour to Kaieteur Falls for you and your spouse.

Your guests will be given a 10% discount on our hotel rooms between 3 days prior to and after your wedding.

• All gifts are non-transferrable, subject to availability, and available within the calendar year.
• The honeymoon room must be used by the bride and groom on their wedding night if it available or it will be forfeited.
• If no Honeymoon room is available on your Wedding Night then you will be entitled to use it went it becomes available within the year.
