 Sacha Persaud joined the Roraima Team as a Customer Service Representative in January 1998. She has been extensively trained in Load Control for a variety of aircraft types, aircraft performance, aircraft documentation, dangerous goods recognition, customer service, ramp handling, handling of disabled passengers, and Visa Fraud Detection for the US and Canada. Sacha is currently completing IATA Station Manager Training. Ms. Persaud’s reputation of being results oriented and demonstrating consistent, excellent, performance prompted her promotion to Senior Manager - Ground Handling in November 2006. |
