Ms. Gilleon Chase began her career in Travel and Tourism as an Operations Officer with the Civil Aviation Department. In November of 1993, she joined the staff of Roraima Airways as an Operations Officer, with specific responsibility for Flight Crew Rostering and Statistical Record Keeping.

With the formation of Roraima International Travel Agency, Gilleon was promoted to Reservations Agent, and sent for training in Barbados on the TAREX Computerized Reservations System. She has since attended many Computerized Reservations System courses including the GETS Reservation System, System One and SABRE which was conducted in Puerto Rico.

After evolving over the years as a proficient and professional reservations and ticketing agent, she was promoted to the position of Reservations Manager in 2002.
